This is a fundraiser. Food will be sold, beginning in the morning with chicken and waffles (until 12:30) then fried chicken, sides and drinks throughout the afternoon.
Also available for purchase will be swanky NA gear! Including per-convention t shirts, plus other neat stuff from our warehouse! Limited quantities.
Speakers from far and wide will be sharing their experience, strength, and hope, all afternoon and into the evening. These events really deliver buckets of hope, and can "turbocharge" one's recovery!
The Roanoke Valley Area of Narcotics Anonymous Activities Subcommittee presents the Annual Labor Day Picnic at Wasena Park. This is a family event, so bring the kids!
There will be three speakers, games, food, fun, and fellowship.
There will also be fundraising activities and merchandise for sale to help support the AVCNA Convention in January.
